We were contacted by a representative of the client, on behalf of his boss to assist them with one of their F&B brands, Pirates of Arabia, that was not generating sales nor any footfall since before Covid-19 lockdown. After the initial meeting, it was agreed we would completely revamp Pirates of Arabia into a brand-new brand based on the 24/7 habits of residents in Dubai.
The process of renewing the brand, the clients took our recommendations to heart and proceeded with the help of RSI to re-brand their concept. They have since re-opened their pop-up store as their all new brand Food O’ Clock in Global Village and are reaching all set targets!
