TRANSFORMING DEAD SPACES INTO INVITING OASIS

In bustling malls and shopping centers, dead spaces often go unnoticed, overlooked corners that serve no purpose. We see these spaces as opportunities to create little oasis, inviting spots where people can pause and rejuvenate.

THE ALLURE OF THE KIOSK: A COMMERCIAL AND SOCIAL CATALYST

What sets a kiosk apart is its ability to attract a passerby with clearly defined products, menu boards & welcoming staff. Many malls have chosen to fill their empty spaces with kiosks, enlivening the space while creating commercial gain for all & adding energy & vibe through people & F&B.;

COLLABORATING WITH LANDLORDS TO RESHAPE SPACES

We believe that by working closely with landlords, we can transform these ignored spaces into beautiful environments that are both functional and people-friendly. Recently, we had the opportunity to create a kiosk supported by our enterprising landlord who shared our vision. Together, we were able to breathe new life into a forgotten corner of the mall, creating a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also a hub of activity and community.

CRAFTING THE PERFECT KIOSK EXPERIENCE

The key to this conceptual move lies in the details. The kiosk concept should combine simple yet elegant design with a focus on food and beverage, creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites passersby to stop and linger. Your kiosk should focus on a few crave-able offerings, maybe feature comfortable benches that provide relief for tired shoppers, encouraging them to take a moment to relax and enjoy their surroundings. The choice of products should be smart and fast to order, catering to those looking for a quick visit. Whether you’re in the mood for freshly brewed coffee, a steaming cup of hot chocolate, or a selection of baked goods and sandwiches, the kiosk has something to satisfy every craving.
