Our handcrafted sandwiches are the expressive creation of our chefs, using the best natural ingredients, the most basic intuitive cooking methods & creative motivation to produce sandwiches that are truly ‘made by hand’, natural, fresh & bursting with pure memorable taste!
Our bread of course is Artisanal to its core. Our recipes & baking methods come from a generation of Artisan bakers practicing this diminishing trade in little villages across Europe. We bake fresh in house, using natural, unbleached & only whole meal ingredients.
Taking a step higher, we also use alternative ingredients like Quinoa, Rye & Soy to make healthier options available, without compromising on taste or quality.
